Shipping & Delivery
We will always have safe stock of products at our warehouse in both Shenzhen and Xiamen for most items. For customized products, the production time would be 2~9 working days. On holidays, the delivery may be delayed.
Delivery time
USPS, China Air Post Mail, Aramex, Hongkong Post: about 11~29 business days
DHL: about 3~6 business days
UPS: about 3~6 business days
FedEx: about 4~7 business days
(There is not 100% guarantee here when it comes to the international express shipping, there will be circumstances beyond the shipping company control such as earthquake, cyclone, storm and others, these delays will be acceptable.)
About the tax, we will not charge any tax. But sometimes buyer may need to pay your government some import tax or duty which is required by the law in buyer's country.The buyer is responsible to pay the duty or tax.

Returns & Replacements
We accept returns in 60 days and provide replacements for buyers. The buyers are responsible for the delivery fee. The buyer also will be responsible to the original delivery fee from China to your address, we will deduct the shipping cost from your payment, and offer you credit of rest of it.

You can place order through the website or email or instant message such as MSN, Yahoo Message, and Skype. Your phone number, that is very useful when delivering your parcel.
